PEPTIDE EDUCATION FROM YOUTHFUL MEDICINE
Peptides, explained honestly.
Plain-language guides, animated explainers and short video lessons, built on the foundations of longevity and graded for evidence by a quadruple board-certified physician.

THE CORE FRAMEWORK
Foundations before molecules
Peptides are tools. They work best, and most safely, on top of the daily habits that drive healthspan. We start every plan here.
Sleep
Deep sleep is when growth hormone pulses and tissues repair. No peptide outworks a short night.
Nutrition
Enough protein, fiber and whole foods, with blood sugar kept steady through the day.
Strength & movement
Muscle is a longevity organ. Resistance training protects it, especially during weight loss.
Stress & recovery
Autonomic balance, breathwork and rest days keep inflammation and cortisol in check.
Metabolic health
Waist, glucose, insulin, lipids and blood pressure are the dashboard we track.
Connection & purpose
Relationships and meaning are among the strongest predictors of a long life.
THE FOUR QUADRANT HEALTH PROTOCOL
Every peptide, mapped to a quadrant
Our peptide library follows the same four quadrants as our clinical care. Sleep, autonomic tone and recovery run beneath all four as the foundation, not a fifth pillar.
QUADRANT I
Autoimmunity & Inflammation
Immune modulation, inflammatory tone and the gut barrier.
LDN · Glutathione · KPV · BPC-157 · Thymosin alpha-1
Lead with expertise, not formulary.
QUADRANT II
Metabolic & Obesity Health
Incretin therapy, body composition and insulin sensitivity.
Semaglutide · Tirzepatide · Tesamorelin · Creatine · MOTS-c
Our strongest quadrant today.
QUADRANT III
Hormonal Optimization
Axis preservation, pulsatility, sexual and bone health.
Sermorelin · Gonadorelin · PT-141 · Teriparatide · hCG
Reset expectations on the growth hormone stack early.
QUADRANT IV
Regenerative & Cellular Health
Mitochondria, structural repair, neural health and recovery.
SS-31 · NAD+ · GHK-Cu · TB-500 · Semax · Epitalon
The widest quadrant, with the thinnest Tier 1.
TWO QUESTIONS FOR EVERY PEPTIDE
Can we prescribe it? Should you believe it?
Tier answers whether a peptide can lawfully be prescribed today. Grade answers how strong the human evidence is. Mixing the two is how practices oversell.
Tier: what we can lawfully do
T1
Prescribe today
FDA-approved, or lawfully compoundable now. The only tier that appears on a service menu.
T2
Prepare and watch
Off the safety-risk list and reviewed by FDA’s advisory committee, awaiting rulemaking. Not offered.
T3
Education only
Voted down, in litigation or unsupported by evidence. Teaching material, nothing more.
Grade: how much to believe
A
Approved for this use
Multiple human randomized trials, and the use is the approved one.
B
Strong evidence, different label
Good human trials support the use, but it is off-label.
C
Limited human evidence
Small trials or strong mechanism with thin outcomes.
D
Preclinical only
Animal or laboratory data. We will explain it; we will not sell it.
X
We decline
Evidence contradicts the claim, or a safety signal outweighs benefit.

ANIMATED EXPLAINERS
See what is happening inside the body
Every guide pairs with a step-by-step animation you can pause, replay and share. Here are two to start with.
FROM THE STUDIO
Short video lessons with Dr. Tahir
Five-minute explainers on peptides, the evidence and the rules.
Every other practice is competing on what they can get. We compete on what we can prove, and on what we refuse to sell.
Farhan Tahir, MD, FACR, Dip. ABOM
HONEST BY DESIGN
We name what we will not sell
Grade X means we decline. AOD-9604 failed its human weight-loss trials; Dihexa has only animal data and a plausible cancer-pathway concern.
We never publish doses. A number copied from a website, applied to an unverified vial, is unsafe.
A simple tub of creatine has better human evidence than most peptides people ask about, and we say so.
